This season brings cool, clear weather and strong winds perfect for surfing and sailing. While the SOUTHWEST MONSOON locally known as HABAGAT, blows in from April to September. The sea is calm and ideal for snorkeling and other water sports activities.

Reservation & Confirmation Terms and Conditions

• Client can make a reservation through an email sent to info@hannahsbeachresort.com
• The resort shall hold the villa/s for 2 days after the resort has acknowledged the client's request for reservation: Kindly indicate - "REQUEST for RESERVATION"
• If the client is ready to confirm the reservation, confirmation e-mail shall be sent by the client with these details:

• The resort will reserve the villa/s up to the deadline of the 50% downpayment after the confirmation E-mail
• Downpayment should only be paid only after the resort has sent an email stating that we have already confirmed and reserved the villas for you. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A DOWNPAYMENT IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL FROM THE RESORT.
• 50 % DOWNPAYMENT at least 2 weeks before the reserved arrival date
  (For Summer Season (March to May) - at least 1 month before the reserved arrival date)
• For reservations made less than the deadline stated above, the resort will be giving a specified date for the 50% downpayment
• After the deposit has been made, the client shall send a Downpayment Notification E-mail as proof of payment. (A copy of the deposit slip shall be attached in the downpayment notification e-mail.) KINDLY PUT YOUR FULL NAME when sending the deposit slip through fax.
  (Suggestions on how to send the copy: the client may scan or send a photo through e-mail)
• The resort will be sending a Service voucher through e-mail. The deposit slip shall be attached to the service voucher by the client. Both the service voucher and deposit slip MUST be presented at the resort upon arrival. Failure to present the service voucher & deposit slip at the resort, the resort has the right to deny acceptance of the client.
• Full Payment > The client has the option to just pay in full through bank deposit without making a downpayment.
• No refund policy. However, if the client wishes to cancel after the downpayment has been made, the resort can reschedule the client to another date
• Failure to pay the 50% downpayment at least 2 weeks before the arrival date (or at least 1 month for summer season) or at the specified date given by the resort will automatically cancel the reservation.

Payment

• Reservation - 50 % Downpayment: BANK DEPOSIT (We have a Peso and Dollar Account)
• Mode of Payment at the Resort: CASH or CREDIT CARD
• Banco de Oro (BDO) Bank Charges for deposits/bank transfers outside Metro Manila: Contact us for fees
• Banco de Oro (BDO) Bank Charges for deposits/bank transfers within Metro Manila: NO service charge

Day-tour/Walk-in Guests

• Php 600 Entrance Fee (Inclusions: Swimming Pool use, Shower and Toilet facilities, 1 Full Meal)
• Php 200 Entrance Fee (Inclusions: Swimming Pool use, Shower and Toilet facilities)
• Php 100 Entrance Fee (Inclusions: Shower and Toilet facilities)

• 50% of the price of the villa/suite
• Max of 8 hours
• Up to 7pm only
• Excess of 8 hours (Full Payment)
